This influencer marketing project was built on a simple model: product seeding instead of paid fees. We partnered with niche Turkish creators by sending a curated Lugano Caffè package (coffee + machine where relevant) and letting them share an authentic home experience—unboxing, first-brew reactions, and daily coffee rituals—without scripted, overly “ad-like” content.
The focus was to make Lugano feel present in real life: kitchens, trips, cozy evenings, and “coffee therapy” moments. To strengthen brand recall, the packaging and product visuals were intentionally designed to be camera-friendly, so the Lugano logo and Italian identity stayed visible in the key frames.
Even with 0 influencer fees, the content achieved strong organic reach and engagement. Several reels performed far above typical baseline, reaching tens of thousands to 100K+ views (examples shown: ~43K, ~61.4K, ~37.7K, and one unboxing reel hitting ~169K), proving that the right product experience + the right creators can generate scalable awareness without paid collaborations.
