Lugano Caffè’s international website was rebuilt into a more premium, corporate, and conversion-ready experience, designed to leave a stronger first impression for business visitors while making product discovery and inquiries much easier. The work focused on improving the site’s visual harmony, section layout, readability, and navigation flow, so users can understand the brand, explore the portfolio, and take action in fewer steps.
A major part of the UI/UX upgrade was restructuring key pages and templates end-to-end: Home, About, Products, Category pages, Product pages, Agents Program, Catalog, Blog/News, Contact, plus new supporting pages like Industry Leadership and Packaging Philosophy.
On the content side, the website was expanded and standardized: 56 active products were added with richer descriptions, category descriptions were written, and clear CTAs were distributed across pages to drive inquiries and catalog requests. Brand storytelling was also strengthened by embedding factory and mall kiosk videos, and SEO was improved through better keyword placement aligned with user intent.
The delivery was handled as a full production cycle with measurable scope; around ~215 hours, including 20 pages, 755 visuals, 49 link enhancements, and 11 blog posts, moving from Draft v1.0 (19 Nov 2025) toward a planned go-live (25 Nov 2025).
Future improvements were already mapped as the next phase: adding more languages (IT/FR/AR/TR), and advancing SEO authority through backlink building and E-E-A-T implementation.
