Challenge:

Lugano Caffè was entering a highly competitive coffee-machine market in Turkey dominated by major global brands such as Philips, Delonghi, Nespresso, Vestel, and large e-commerce marketplaces. The objective was to drive qualified leads and sales while maintaining profitable acquisition costs, with a significantly smaller budget than competitors.

Strategy:

I designed a performance-driven, full-funnel campaign centered on high-intent search terms, product-focused creative messaging, and a dedicated conversion-optimized landing page. The approach included:

  • Audience segmentation for B2B & premium household buyers
  • Automated bidding and real-time budget reallocation
  • Conversion-rate optimization and UX refinements on the landing page
  • Continuous monitoring of top-of-page competitiveness vs major brands
