Managed and grew multi-brand social media accounts across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, and YouTube; keeping each platform visually consistent while adapting the content style to fit its audience.
I worked closely with the sales team to build practical content plans aligned with real business needs (promotions, priorities, stock, and target markets). From there, I led content ideation and visual concept direction, turning product and brand messages into clear post concepts, reels, carousels, and a unified feed system (templates, colors, typography, and repeatable formats).
For key campaigns and priority posts, I supported content promotion to maximize reach and engagement, and boosted growth through UGC/influencer-style content when available, helping some posts gain strong organic traction and high view counts.
While I didn’t handle final design execution or publishing myself, I coordinated the workflow with the team to ensure smooth production, consistency, and on-time delivery.
