The goal behind Celia Nutrition’s Turkey website was to serve as a helpful guide for parents and a credible resource for professionals, providing informative, reassuring, and easy-to-navigate content.
Celia is positioned as a long-established French brand (founded in 1927) with international presence (55+ countries), so the Turkish website needed to reflect that trust and heritage while keeping the tone simple and reassuring.
To make the experience “living,” I structured the site around real user intent. Parents typically arrive with questions first, not with a shopping mindset, so we built educational pathways through content sections like expert-led guidance and blog topics, while keeping “how to buy” clear and accessible.
A key requirement was also compliance and responsibility: the website consistently reinforces that breast milk is the ideal nutrition and that follow-on formulas should be used with health professional advice, which was integrated into the experience without harming usability.
On the platform side, we organized the ecosystem into practical sections: About, How to Buy, Experts, Events, Blog, and a dedicated Pharmacist Portal, so each audience finds their place quickly, while the brand stays consistent across every page.
Overall, the result was a Turkish website that balances three things at once: education (answers), engagement (clarity + warmth), and action (guided purchase options)—while maintaining the credibility expected in infant nutrition.
